As an antioxidant, Vitamin C also protects against the effects of stress and environmental damage, neutralising free radicals to keep your cells healthy.

Using patented technology, the Vitamin C is wrapped in double-layered phospholipid spheres (liposomes) that protect the vitamin through the digestive system and transport it into the bloodstream for absorption in the cells. There's a reason why these golden little sachets have a cult following!

Each Packet of Lypo-Spheric® Vitamin C (5.7ml) contains: 1000 mg Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate), 1000 mg Essential Phospholipids (EPL). Also contains Purified Water, Alcohol (preservative), Citric Acid.

As a dietary supplement, take one packet 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

1. Take on an empty stomach, 15min before eating.

2. Tear packet at the notches. Squeeze the entire contents of the liposomal Vitamin C packet into a small glass of water (roughly a mouthful). Don't stir it around.

3. Swallow in one gulp like a shot.

4. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Note: Contents of packet will not dissolve. Do not mix the Lypo-Spheric® Vitamin C with hot beverages or in a blender as this could damage the liposomes. Store at room temperature. Do not freeze or place the product in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
