Kakariki Feather Necklace

Little chatterboxes of the forest, and with bright emerald plumage, the Kakariki parrot is a stand out New Zealand native bird. Kakariki literally means small bird' in Te Reo, and is also the word for the colour green.

Sterling silver feather (3.5cm long), hand painted with porcelain paint in a montage of greens. Suspended from a 45cm sterling silver chain, with a 5cm extender.
