TP Block XXL ORANGE Thin GST No. 61429522

The TP XXL Orange thin, is approx 135mm x 55mm x 9mm.

Being a thin block, you might ask were do we use these in a hoof care scenario.

We'll use these on the larger cattle where the normal XXL is too thick.

For example,

Where there is a lesion on the rear-medial (inner) claw, and only a little bit of extra height is required to transfer the weight to the outer claw.

Where there is a lesion on the front-lateral (outer) claw, and only a little bit of height is required to transfer the weight to the inner claw.

Also, we use these to " Preventative Block " Bulls. Where we'll apply one to each rear claw (4), to act as wear-protection, just prior to the bulls starting natural-mating. The concept is that the blocks absorb the pressure-forces, protect the soft hooves, and there is NO wear. Thus, the bulls should remain active for longer, have less lameness issues, conception rates should improve. Please for further advice on this topic.
