- Adult&Children 12 years: Take 15mL once daily or take 7.5mL twice daily
- Children 6-12 years: Take 10mL once daily or take 5mL twice daily. take with food
- Children 2-6 years: Take 5mL once daily or take 2.5mL twice daily. Take with food
- Comvita Fresh-Picked Olive Leaf Extract can be taken straight, diluted in water or mixed with your favourite juice, herbal tea or smoothie
