Standard size, foam and felt sleeve head. Needle felt/foam. Suitable for jackets with more curve to armhole edge. Left and right.

Suitable to use with shoulder pads: CLR 3005, CLR 3010, CLR 3011, CLR 3038

This is a larger sleevehead than sleevehead 1 with foam.
