Barrier Heavy Duty Dock Wheels

- This heavy duty dock wheel has been specifically designed to be extra strong and robust.
- Designed and made in New Zealand for installation in New Zealand marinas.

- Two cover options available to protect your hull.

- Non marking white PVC, or
- Reinforced Grey Marle fleece.
- 490mm diameter wheel on a galvanised rim with inner tube to ensure air retention and pressure adjustment.
- Galvanised heavy duty bracket and wheel hub assembly.
- Multiple mounting holes allowing the bracket to be installed in different positions on the waler. When positioning and installing the bracket, do not cantilever the bracket off the side of the waler over the water.
- T hrough bolted for maximum strength. 4 x Galvanised M12 mounting bolts, washer and nuts are supplied to allow installation on 200mm high standard marina walers.

General Information

Please note that dock wheels are designed to keep your boat off the corner of a dock or jetty as you pass it, they are not a pivot wheel for leaning your boat against and rotating around it.

To Install the Heavy Duty Dock Wheel

- Mount the bracket and hub assembly onto the dock in your chosen position using the supplied M12 through bolts, washers and nuts.
- Install the wheel onto the hub using the supplied fasteners.
- Install the PVC cover over the wheel

Maintenance

Periodically check the wheel is attached to the dock properly and hasn't been damaged through use. Check the bolts securing the wheel onto the hub are tight.
