Kokonati MCT Oil is mildly aromatic, smooth and clean tasting.

Some people prefer powdered MCT over liquid - it's just easier and less messy. It can also be incorporated into baked goodies (MCT oil in liquid form, with its low smoke point is best used cold, or slightly warmed in a cuppa!).

Because it is made from medium-chain fats, it helps you feel fuller than the long-chain fatty acids you find in vegetable oils. You will find trace amounts of MCTs in butter, but the richest source is coconut oil.
