Ceylon Cinnamon Powder or True Cinnamon originating from Sri-Lanka - not to be confused with Cassia Cinnamon. Strips of the true cinnamon tree’s inner bark are dried until they curl into rolls known as cinnamon sticks or quills. These can then be ground into powder or made into an extract.
