A natural alternative to refined sugar this apple syrup contains only pure apple juice, so its bursting with flavour and Organic goodness.

Try baking a Red Kumara, hollowing it out like a stuffed potato, mashing banana and the kumara together and returning to the kumara. Wrap cooked bacon around the outside, drizzle apple syrup over and serve with Salmon and a salad.
