Gluten Free Baking Powder (Aluminium Free) - 250g

This is formulated to give the easy-to-use controlled rising that you are accustomed to with conventional baking powders, but we replace the usual wheat flour with maize cornflour. This formula is also aluminium-free, unlike some commercial baking powders. So not only is it better for you, it tastes better too!

Ingredients: Maize Flour, Sodium Pyrophosphate & Sodium Bicarbonate
