Organic Activated Sunflower Seeds (Raw) - 250g & 1kg

To ‘activate,’ or sprout, these Sunflower Seeds have been gently soaked in filtered water, which improves their bio-availability and digestibility. After releasing the seeds' enzyme inhibitors, they are then rinsed and dehydrated below 45 degrees. This process enhances the flavour and adds an extra crunch.
