Kefir means "feel good" in Turkish and that's just how you'll feel after drinking a glass in the morning! It has been known for thousands of years for its anti-aging and immune enhancing properties. Kefir is an ancient cultured food, rich in amino acids, enzymes, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. At only 0.5g / 100ml of kefir it is wonderfully low sugar option.

We have four delicious flavours on offer: Orginal, Pineapple, Lime and Watermelon. Easy to take either "Straight Up" (a “champagney" taste and fizz) or blend it with a little organic fruit juice of your choosing.

An absolute must after antibiotic use and is superior to commercial yogurt. Unlike yogurt, coconut water kefir can actually colonize the intestinal tract.
