Curry Powder (HOT) - 60g pouch

Used in Indian and sometimes Thai cooking. Curry powder is actually a mix of up to 20 spices including: cardamon, ginger, fenugreek, chiles, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin fennel seeds and turmeric.

Curry powder is more of a generic term for a blend of different spices. As with many things, curry powder can have more spices added to the mixture to suit the tastes of a particular individual. This particular mixture is for those who prefer some heat to their cooking.
