The Ezidri Ultra FD1000 is designed for bulk food drying and preserving all your favourite fruits and vegetables. The "Starter Kit" comes with base drying unit, 5 trays, 1 mesh screen, 1 solid sheet, insulation lid, instruction manual and recipe book. More trays, screens and sheets can be purchased.

This is an enhanced version of the original Ultra FD1000 featuring the unique heated airflow pattern providing fast and even drying and now incorporating microcomputer-controlled circuitry to provide user friendly soft touch digital control of the adjustable:

- Temperature – 30°C – 70°C
- Timer – 1 hr – 48 hrs with an automatic “anti-re-hydration" facility which reverts the temperature back to 30°C when the preset time is completed in case of a long period of time before the dried produce can be attended to
- Power Switch – On / Off with red light indicator
