Our certified Flat Bench is Ideal for a range of Strength exercises, packed into a 60mm X 60mm X 3mm steel frame, Perfect for the home gym without committing to a full Adjustable bench, 70mm thick pad with non slip fabric, easy to assemble and perfect for supporting your workout.

- Maximum capacity of over 500kg
- Built in handle and castors for easy movement
- Anti slip pad provides user with additional stability during exercises
- Fitted with our Ultimate pad as standard
- Bench meets all IPF requirements in terms of height, width and length
- Please note we also offer conversion kits to convert our standard M3 bench into this single leg design. We do not currently offer the reverse.
