Schnitzel is a popular beef cut for the whole family. We cut this exclusively from the knuckle which gives a slice that is thin and quick to cook. Our butchers use a meat slicer (rather than hand) to ensure that each piece is uniform in thickness and, hopefully, making things easier in the kitchen.
