Made from carefully selected pork legs sourced from Freedom Farms independently audited farms in South Canterbury, raised without crates or cages.
The legs are carefully trimmed, cured and smoked before being packaged and sent out to be the rockstar on your table! They are fully cooked and ready to eat but please go to the trouble of glazing it, it makes it extra special.
How much do you need? We suggest around 220g of bone-in ham per person, depending on how many other proteins you have on the table. Don’t forget to allow for those much-loved leftovers too
