Freedom Farms champagne hams are premium grade-A leg hams. They are carefully tunnel boned (the hock remains) and then gently massaged back into shape, cured and traditionally wood smoked. The Half Champagne Hams come in either the hock (pointy) end or the butt (boneless) end.
