A note about flavour: Spanish chorizo is often described as picante – meaning spicy or hot. Freedom Farms take has a wee bit of zing but we wouldn’t describe it as hot. We flavour it with plenty of smoked paprika and a touch of garlic… but leave it to you to amp up the spiciness of your dish to suit your own taste.
