Phormium Cookianum Emerald Green - Dwarf Mountain Flax - A beautiful small growing flax with drooping habit and lush green foliage. Large dramatic flower heads add interest and attract birds. Very tough and hardy. This smaller form is suitable for mass plantings in alpine, cold, coastal, and windy conditions. Height 70cm x width 80cm
