The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water, nourishing the sugar cane growing in rich, volcanic soil at the base of the Sleeping Giant Mountain.

The hand cut sugar cane is distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the taste of Fiji. After being matured in oak vats or barrels for 2 years, the result is a range of deliciously smooth, distinctively well rounded rums from Paradise on Earth.
