Welcome to the first of 3 events in our Women's Sunset Lifestyle Series hosted by Gemma Lee. To kick off our first event we will be diving into personal development with industry-leading Self-Worth Coach, Courtney Durr from Worthwild.

The evening continues with an empowering workshop led by Self-Worth Coach, Courtney Durr designed to deepen your connection with self. In a supportive, welcoming environment, we'll explore the essence of self-love—embracing imperfections, quieting the inner critic, and crafting personalised practices that sustain self-worth. You'll leave not only with a renewed sense of self but also with a sisterhood to support you along your journey.

Timing:

6:30pm: Doors open. Come early to meet Gemma Lee and try on her latest swimwear collection, Aloha Avenue

7-8pm: Pilates session as the sun sets

8pm: Dessert & Hot Drinks

8:15pm- 9:15pm: Self-worth Workshop led by Courtney Durr

9:30pm- Wrap up
