TORQ Vegan Recovery Drink is a highly advanced post-exercise nutritional drink formulation that has been designed to Rehydrate, Refuel, Repair and Recharge your fatigued physiology after heavy exercise. We call these the 4 R’s.

Available in Creamy Cocoa designed for use with Oat Milk but can be used with any milk, and Robust & Fruity designed for use with orange juice but can be mixed with any preferred juice.

These flavour are notably less sweet than many recovery drinks and give a combination of 47gm Carbohydrates, 24gm of Protein, with Ribose & L-Glutamine to aid recovery

No flavours or colours are added to these formulations. The Creamy Cocoa blend uses cocoa powder to flavour it and the Robust & Fruity blend relies on the natural flavours within the orange juice you’re mixing with it.
