No. 5 The Gourmet is the culinary expert's tool of choice. The Santoku design is a level up from the Daily knife. Made for those who prefer greater precision in the kitchen.

The No. 5 knife is made from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades. The handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design which suits any kitchen.
