Lift Kit - Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series HZJ80 | FZJ80 (Superior monotubes) - 100mm
This custom suspension lift kit includes EFS 4WD and Superior Engineering components to deliver a 100mm Superior shock monotube lift for the Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series HZJ80 and FZJ80 models.
Suspension lift kits are designed to maintain factory rake. Feel free to to discuss options for your vehicle. Fitment Notes
These kits require a high level of technical expertise for correct installation to suit certification. Please ensure your installer is familiar with all the component requirements or talk to us first before purchasing.
Issues due to incorrect installation are not the responsibility of Force4. Rear Suspension
- Rear Springs - As a general rule, spring loading will ideally be within 150kg of constant rating for acceptable ride quality. E.g. for a 300kg constant spring, you would want 150kg of load.
- Rear Springs - 250kg load springs (TLC-113HL5E) must have constant load at all times or the rear will sit high. Certification
Some vehicle modifications require LVVTA Certification. The following products in this suspension kit may require LVVTA Certification:
- Adjustable Drag links and Drop Drag links
- Adjustable Panhard rods
- Adjustable Rear lower control arms
- Adjustable Rear upper control arms
- Adjustable Tie rods
- Adjustable Torque arms
- Diff drops
- Dropboxes
- Extended shackles
- Radius arms (in most instances)
- Upper control arms (UCA’s)
This information is a guide-only and we recommend you contact your local certifier in all cases where certification may be required.
EFS Coil Springs
EFS Coil Springs are manufactured under a strict quality control system with the use of quality Spring steel. This ensures you are purchasing a high-quality product that is backed by a three year/100,000km warranty.
EFS Coil Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, from standard to 125mm and also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, load bearing accessories, increased ride height and off-road competition.
Specifications
- Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
- Scragged for Quality Control -This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
- Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & to protect the spring steel from minor damage.
Superior Engineering Lower Control Arms
Superior Engineering heavy duty straight adjustable lower control arms are used mainly on coil cabs to adjust the wheelbase and/or pinion angle. Made from quality high tensile bar, 1 1/8 UNF thread with twin lock nuts to eliminate any chance of the nuts coming loose, 150mm long threaded rod for ample adjustability and coated in a rust-resistant zinc finish and with rubber bushes fitted. Superior Engineering Monotube Shocks
Superior Engineering Steering Dampers Twin-tube design
This steering damper has a twin-tube design with a 35mm piston and a 16mm shaft, providing excellent performance. This damper offers more comfortable and improved steering control. Cellular foam prevents cavitation of oil inside the damper when it heats up during use over rough roads; this allows the steering damper to work more consistently. IFP Monotube design
The Superior Engineering IFP Steering Damper is based on an ‘’Internal Floating Piston’’ shock, which means an internal dividing piston separates the oil and nitrogen. The nitrogen gas maintains constant pressure against the billet "floating" dividing piston. This steering damper is a monotube design with a 46mm piston and a 16mm shaft for excellent performance and more comfortable, improved steering control. Superior Engineering Superflex Radius Arms
Superior Engineering Sway Bar Extensions
Manufactured from high grade aluminium, these sway bar extensions eliminate the need to remove the sway bars when performing lifts, ultimately making the vehicle drive far better with the sway bars still fitted. Superior Engineering Tail Shaft Spacer
These spacers are for when your driveline is too short after doing a lift.
Superior Engineering rear driveline spacers are machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and include hardware. Includes most common Toyota driveshaft bolt patterns and comes with grade 8.8 high tensile bolts. Please ensure the hole spacings are measured prior to ensure expected results.
