Lift Kit - Nissan Patrol LWB GU2+ Y60 (Superior Monotubes) - 100mm

This custom suspension lift kit includes Superior Engineering and EFS 4WD components to deliver a 100mm (4") lift for the Nissan Patrol LWB GU2 Y60.

These kits require a high level of technical expertise for correct installation to suit certification. Please ensure your installer is familiar with all the component requirements or talk to us first before purchasing.

- If ordering Superflex Radius Arms part no. 28875, also purchase the Sway bar Mounts part no. 33525 from the Optional - Front Suspension section of this listing. Rear Suspension

- Rear Springs - As a general rule, spring loading will ideally be within 150kg of constant rating for acceptable ride quality. E.g. for a 300kg constant spring, you would want 150kg of load.
- Sway Bar Extensions - There are two types of sway bar extensions depending on your vehicle. Please check your truck before ordering.

Optional - Rear Coil Tower Brace

- Rear coil tower braces are usually suggested for use with high-load rear-rated coils/loads in the Nissan GQ and GU models to stop distortion and/or bending of the upper coil seat.
- For part no. 50330, some vehicles may require exhaust modifications to fit this brace. Also due to the placement of brake lines on some vehicles, lines may need to be carefully bent for clearance.

Some vehicle modifications require LVVTA Certification. The following products in this suspension kit may require LVVTA Certification:

- Drag links
- Panhard rod
- Radius Arms (in most instances)
- Rear lower control arms
- Rear upper control arms
- Tie rods

EFS Coil Springs are produced in a variety of raised heights, from standard to 125mm and also a variety of spring rates to suit different applications - Towing, load bearing accessories, increased ride height and off-road competition.

Specifications

- Shot Peened - To stress relieve the outer surface of the Coil, so the Coil can operate under higher fatigue & repeated load conditions to ensure longevity.
- Scragged for Quality Control -This is a process where the Coil is compressed beyond its yield point; this compression will set-up residual stresses and increase the elastic limit of the spring.
- Powder Coated - To resist corrosion & to protect the spring steel from minor damage.
Superior Engineering Superflex Radius Arms

Superior Lower Control Arms

Superior Engineering heavy duty straight adjustable lower control arms are used mainly on coil cabs to adjust the wheelbase and/or pinion angle. Made from quality high tensile bar, 1 1/8 UNF thread with twin lock nuts to eliminate any chance of the nuts coming loose, 150mm long threaded rod for ample adjustability and coated in a rust-resistant zinc finish and with rubber bushes fitted. Superior Upper Control Arms

Superior upper control arms are designed to correct the ball joint angle when you lift your vehicle.

They are machined from a solid billet of Aircraft Grade 6000 Series Alloy and clearance for the coil to clear the arms during articulation has been allowed for. Double adjustable bushes allow for adjustments to be done on the vehicle without having to remove the UCA's from the vehicle.

Finished in a hard-wearing silver anodize coating.
Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Front

Manufactured from 6000 Series alloy billet and finished in a black anodize coating these Superior Engineering bump stop extensions help keep the front shocks from closing up fully and causing damage to the piston and/or seals. Superior Bump Stop Extensions - Rear

Superior Engineering bump stops are designed with longer than standard soft bumps to limit travel more softly than standard bumps would, whilst still providing adequate support to protect your valuable suspension components.
