Harakeke Pōtae (hat)

Woven in Tairāwhiti, these pōtae are the epitome of elegance and artistry. These hand crafted, and functional pieces are locally made using East Coast harakeke.

These limited edition pōtae feature an open crown, a tapered brim–reinforced at the edges, and fabric ties, making them adjustable for all head shapes and sizes. They each come with two fabric ties so you can match to your mood on the day. The ties come in aubergine and sage.

Crafted by seasoned weaver @flax innovations from resilient harakeke, they are a taonga that you can cherish for years to come.

Please note the pōtae will fade to a straw colour over time, and they may take some wearing to soften to your head.
