About the Stone Planters
These unique planters are made from individual river stones - hollowed out to allow for direct planting. No two are alike, however the colouration and shapes in the photos are highly representative of our current (hand-picked) stock.

Regular Pot - Approximate dimensions: 12-15cm diameter x 10cm high ( /- 3cm variation each way).
Colour & Shape: Expect a slightly oblong planter with a predominantly grey speckled finish. No drain hole.
These are watertight so do not need to be moved for watering.
You are purchasing a stone planter pot with a baby's tears plant that has been 'potted up' in high quality plant media.
Plant Warranty: We've developed a packaging technique that will ensure that your baby's tears will arrive alive and still in its pot under normal courier delivery.
Spilled plants, bruised leaves and broken stems are not considered a fault - with a little love an attention a 'travel-weary' plant will bounce back in a couple of weeks. In the very unlikely event of your plant arriving dead we will issue a refund for the plant portion of your purchase ($10). About the Plant
For ease of transport, your plant will be well established but smaller than the plant in photo one. In the right conditions expect your plant to be filling out the stone pot in four-six weeks!
Baby tears are a delightful, easy-care plant that we use extensively here at Folklore due to its rapid growth and vibrant appearance. Here are some care hints:
- Prefers moist soil vs dry - the plant will visibly 'sulk' if too dry. Water well immediately if this occurs. Your plant will die if left dry for more than two days
- Part-shade will result in a bushy, leggier growth habit.
- Brighter conditions will result in a compact, darker green plant with tiny leaves.
- Happy to be trimmed if they become too matted or leggy - it's best to do this in spring.
