Petrified Wood Plate / Platter - Example 'G'

These plates are hand made from slices of branches or trunks of petrified wood. Each plate is is polished to the top & sides of the slice resulting in wonderful patterns and variations. These make wonderful statement pieces for serving or simply enjoy as a decorative piece.

Polished to top and sides faces (base is un-polished). Each plate has a shallow dish form of approximately 1cm deep. The side-on photograph is indicative-only of the side profile.

Care: Petrified wood is relatively brittle and does not enjoy being dropped on hard surfaces. Do not expose to extreme heat if using as a serving item.
