Heuer - Bundeswehr Flyback Chronograph
WHAT WE LOVE:
An excellent example of Heuer's military-spec chronograph, designed specifically for the German Armed Forces, known as the Bundeswehr. Pieces like this one saw service during the Cold War, first introduced in 1955 and with production concluding in 1990. While the majority of these 'Bundeswehr' watches were issued to pilots, who made great use of the flyback function, these were sometimes issued to other departments such as the artillery regiment. Our example here is in stunning condition, enjoying a much calmer life outside of the military.
