The inspiration behind ‘DAVE’ comes from our founder’s father David, a great source of inspiration at Løthur. This was a man who was seldom found without a cup of the ‘good stuff’ in hand (English breakfast tea) and was rarely seen out of his sacred space, the back garden. David grew giant lilies, creeping jasmine, tall sweet peas and vibrant iris flowers.

DAVE opens with light, citrusy and fruity top notes, reminiscent of Darjeeling tea. It has a soft jasmine accord at its heart and is perfectly rooted with notes of assam and powdery iris root.

Ingredients V2 Base:

Potassium Stearate, Potassium Tallowate, Glycerin, Potassium Kokumate, Aqua, Sorbitol, Parfum, Potassium Castorate, Dimethicone, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Hexyl cinnamal, Linalol, Alpha-isomethylionone

Directions of use:

Prep your facial hair with warm water (shower is best). Load your shaving brush for 30 seconds or more, until the brushes bristles are covered in soap. Create a lather with your shaving brush directly onto the face or in a shaving bowl, adding water as needed (aiming for a PVA glue consistency). Shave as normal using your desired method. For external use only, if irritation occurs discontinue use.
