Nesting Bowl

These hand-thrown mixing bowls are made in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, by Kirsten Dryburgh. Crafted beautifully from a blend of New Zealand Stoneware and Porcelain clays. It is processed through three kiln firings to create the turquoise copper matte glaze on the exterior of the bowls.

The evidence of the hand of the maker is deliberate and not hidden - showing the individual attention and artistic consideration of each piece whilst producing objects that are both functional and beautiful.

These bowls are equal parts art piece and cooking essential. Great for prep, serving, or displaying on a shelf, the bowls are sold individually - but we recommend collecting a few and nesting them inside each other. Please note that due to the handmade nature of these bowls the sizes will very slightly each time.

Extra Small: 150mm width x 100mm height approx.
Small: 170mm width x 105mm height approx.
Medium: 195mm width x 115mm height approx.
Large: 215mm width x 135mm height approx.
Extra Large: 230mm width x 140mm height approx.
