Beast Academy 2B

Beast Academy provides a fun, rigorous, challenging, complete curriculum for aspiring math beasts. Beast Academy Level 2B includes chapters on:

- Subtraction: Place value strategies, using addition, finding a difference, counting up, subtracting then adding, subtracting all at once, and subtracting in parts.

- Expressions: Evaluating expressions, using parentheses, working with symbols, simplifying and solving equations.
- Problem Solving: Guessings and checking, working backwards, drawing a picture, finding useful information. the second part of a four-part series for grade 2 (year 3 & 4)

The Guide book is written in an engaging comic book style, and the Practice book provides over 400 problems ranging from introductory level exercises to very challenging puzzles and word problems.
