Pulteney ' Signatory Cask Strength Collection ' 13 Year Old 2008 Sherry Cask Finish Whisky 700ml

This Pulteney single malt whisky was distilled on May 2008 at the Old Pulteney Distillery before initially being placed in Refill Bourbon Barrels and finished in Fresh Sherry Butt. It was bottled in August 2021 at 56.2% ABV as part of the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. Limited to 682 bottles globally.
Nose: round, gourmet, roasted coffee and chocolate notes, hint of pepper, slightly mineral. Palate: oily, chocolate texture, marked by Sherry. Slight mineral, herbaceous notes of heather and honey. Finish: rustic, maritime, long.
Only 682 bottles worldwide were produced of this fine liquid for us all to enjoy.
