Pre-order / Special Order
What do these mean?

Pre-Order:

Allows you to secure a product that is currently in our production schedule, but hasn’t yet arrived into the Showroom. This ensures that you won’t miss out.

Arrival dates and waiting periods vary — enquire for approximate arrival schedule and further details.

Special Order:

Gives you the opportunity to place an order for a product that we do not currently have in stock, but has the possibility to be added into our forward order programme specially for you.

Availability isn’t always guaranteed and arrival dates and lead-times will vary — please enquire for details on how we can make your request happen.

Payment structure:
To secure your product order, we require an initial 25% order processing deposit. When the product has been despatched from the overseas supplier, we will then request your order confirmation deposit up-to 50% of the total order. The remaining balance will be payable when your order arrives into our EDITO warehouse. We will contact you at this time for payment and delivery instructions.

Prices do not include delivery within New Zealand — it is our pleasure to assist in providing a dedicated freight quote to your chosen home address.
