A refreshing and restorative plant distillation that supports healthy digestion, eases muscle tension and encourages clear thinking.

Suggested Use:

Memory and concentration
Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser in the room where you study or work, or where concentration is required. Repeat as necessary.

Muscle relief
Add 3-5 drops to 10 drops of a carrier oil, such as Olive or Almond oil, and massage into the muscles. For optimum results add 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Lavender True. Repeat as necessary.

Digestion
Blend 2-3 drops in 2ml of Olive oil and massage into your stomach in a clockwise direction. For optimum results add 3 drops of Peppermint oil. Repeat as necessary.
