Pimms Classic Punch

By the glass or multiply the quantities to fill a jug - either way Pimms is the classic summer refresher. For a special event swap the lemonade for prosecco- lush!
Ingredients per serve

- 50ml PIMM'S No.1
- 150ml lemonade
- sliced strawberries, orange & cucumber
- a large sprig of mint
- loads of ice

1.2 Units alcohol per 50ml serve Method

Fill a highball glass or jug with ice, add all the lemonade followed by the Pimms and fruit and muddle to blend. Tip

For a 1 litre jug use 200ml Pimms and 600ml lemonade - serves 5.
