The Daiwa Medai Jig is the ultimate deep water jig for targeting large bottom species such as Hapuku, Bass and Bluenose.

Featuring a weighted keel shape the Medai is fast and stable when sinking and is designed to produce low frequency vibrations when moving through the water column. Utilizing a powerful UV coating the Medai emits a strong blue glow that effectively penetrates the darkness and readily attracts a wide range of bottom dwelling species. Capitalising on vibrations created when moving through the water column the Medai features a dark contrasting rubber skirt that pulses slowly providing life-like movement.
