Bakels - Chocolate Truffle - 1kg

Bakels chocolate truffle can be used instead of ganache, it is also great for dipping strawberries and other fancy treats. Simply microwave in the bottle or rest the bottle in a pot of water to soften. Also makes a great filling for between layers, or as a complete cake covering, even under fondant.

However, our favourite use of this is for drip cakes. just microwave then pour onto your cake, and spread over the top until drips form.. easy! Ingredients
