2020 Petane Edelzwicker

'Edelzwicker' is a traditional Alsatian term for a multi-variety white blend, Esk Valley's Petane Station take this style to the next level by co-fermenting all four varieties from the now organic vineyard block: Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Viognier. These are destemmed and skin-fermented for 7 days producing a rich, aromatic copper wine with great acid, aromatics and texture.
