2021 Pichilemu Reserva Especial Origen

Fabulous Carmenere from the country which has made it famous. This Chilean delight punches well above its weight in flavour and complexity. On the nose there's loads of forest fruits, some peppery notes and some lovely floral aromas. On the palate the black fruits dominate with a good tannin structure and spicy complexity underneath. The perfect accompaniment to a BBQed steak - the two just zing together.
