2020 Niepoort Nat Cool Vermelho (Red) 1l

The super-tannic BAGA is one of Niepoort's favourite varieties (he describes it as "his disease" and likens it to Nebbiolo) however grown in Bairrada and put through carbonic maceration like Beaujolais this produces a light, juicy, lifted red packed full of soft red fruit and spice.
