Takapoto Estate Crossing Point Rose*

Hand-picked and gently whole bunch pressed, this is a gorgeous delicate rose made from a combination of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Highly perfumed and tasting of fresh summer berries it also has a clean line of acid - delightfully refreshing. This is a wine making a real splash on the scene - even more amazing when you realise the grapes are grown in the Waikato, on the banks of Lake Karapiro. A testament to excellent vinyard management and winemaking.
