Gose are a traditional German beer - warm fermented and usually with 50% of the grain milled wheat and with a distinctive saltiness, originally because of the water being used in the brewing.

This is a fantastic modern take on a Gose by brilliant craft brewers Alchemy Street Brewing. A whole lot of Mango puree, some hot and fruity Jamaican chillies put in a sour beer base with a liberal dose of Sea Salt. Fruity, Spicy, Sour and Salty; this is incredibly refreshing.
