Delicate, fragrant and elegant - this "fresh Bubbles" from winemaking team Lucie and Simone in Martinborough delivers exactly what it promises. This wine has been made with the “methode champenoise" or traditional method and is a brut style, with no additions. Its a balance of 50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay.100 % handcrafted; handpicked, bottled by hand, remuage by hand, disgorging by hand, labelling by hand. This is a lovely, hand-crafted wine - a delicate slightly salmon colour in the glass with a persistent bead. Lovely as an aperitif but with enough backbone to be served at any time during a meal.
