2023 Saorsa Hawkes Bay Syrah

From the heart of the Gimblett Gravels comes this savoury Syrah with delicate rose petals and herbs on the nose followed by all the complexity of licorice and earth. Made by hand with no fining or filtering and only minimal sulphur.
