Pricing
There is a minimum one week hire period per item paid upfront at time of booking. The weekly cost going forward is $28 per week, and is automatically charged to your card used when booking, until the item is returned back to Hatch Baby & Child.
We require a refundable bond of $300 held as a security deposit in our account. This bond will be refundable once the hired product/s and all accompanying manuals, accessories and packaging is returned to us and pass inspection.

Booking
When booking a product for hire, please select the entire duration you intend to have the product (including delivery days). This guarantees exclusive use of this product for the entire duration of your booking. If you select just the initial one week hire period, your item may not be able to be extended if someone else hires the item outside of your booking.
Payment
Your card will be automatically charged once a week until the item is returned back to Hatch Baby & Child. We do not charge part weeks so if your card is charged on a Wednesday and we receive the item back on Thursday you will be charged for that entire week.
Cancellation
Although we request you to book the product for your entire intended duration, you are not locked into the full hire period. You can cancel your booking at any time by putting it in writing via email to info@hatch.co.nz.
Your weekly payment will cancel as soon as we receive the product back to Hatch Baby & Child.
Delivery/Pick Up
We currently only have two pick up locations in New Zealand, one in Glendowie,
Auckland and one in Feilding, Manawatu. We also ship throughout New Zealand
and currently all deliveries are free of charge.
When you receive your item, we ask you to please hold onto the packaging and
delivery box the product was sent to you in, so you can return it to us in the same
packaging it was sent in.
You will need to cover the cost of returning the hire item to us. Please return the item to one of the following addresses:

At your request, we can arrange for the item to be returned to us from any
Mainfreight Depot Centre throughout NZ, and the cost of the return can be deducted from your bond.
We are actively seeking more pickup and drop off points throughout New Zealand so if you have any suggestions please do let us know!
Cleaning
Please return the item back to us in the same condition as you received the item in. If the product is missing/damaged/not clean or destroyed on return, this will result in a deduction from the held in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
OMG I love it, can I keep it?
Yes you can! Our hire fees are based on the cost of the item over 6 months. So if
you believe you would like the item longer than 6 months, just let us know in writing via email and after 6 months or 26 weeks we will cancel your subscription and you are welcome to keep the item. If we are not notified, your subscription may end up running over the 26 weeks and any additional payments will not be able to be refunded, so please make sure to give us at least one weeks notice.
