Sabre Seal MS Façade Sealant, 300ml Cartridge

Sabre Seal MS Facade Sealant is a durable elastic hybrid MS Polymer sealant for use in high movement joints ( /-25%) in building construction and manufacturing industries.

For use as a flexible adhesive/sealant on concrete construction joints, ACM cladding/façades, joinery, HVAC, cool stores, marine, roofing, spouting and insulation.

Specially formulated for high UV resistance and long-term performance on porous and non-porous substrates.

- Excellent UV Stability – Developed with specialist MS Polymer technology for long-term performance in the harsh AU/NZ environment.
- High Flexibility and Elasticity – remains permanently flexible, ensuring longevity throughout service life in high movement joints in building and manufacturing industries.
- Paintable – will accept most water-based paints and coatings.
- 300ml.
