Special wet-hulled Mandheling Sumatran beans give this roast its unique umami flavour profile. Combined with Tolima Colombian and CCT Timor beans to give a smooth, balanced coffee that has the perfect mix of acidity, fruit and floral flavours with a sweet finish. The beans produce a clean and bright coffee with just a hint of nuttiness and caramel.
