Tsipouro Mavro Rodo is bottled on the Greek Island of Chios at Stoupakis Distillery. An excellent quality, great-tasting liquor to be enjoyed as is straight from the freezer. Some opt to add a bit of water or ice. Tsipouro is similar to marc or grappa and is a pomace brandy distilled from the residue of the wine press.
